Invoice does both sides of the job on your own machine. It writes the compliant e-invoice 43 markets legally require — the right format, the statutory tax wording, the local-currency figures. And it reads any invoice you receive into clean data, laid beside the original so you catch a figure it misread and fix it in place. Deterministic, and your invoice data never leaves the machine; transmission stays your step.
Choose the market an invoice must comply with, and Invoice sets the format, the mandatory fields, the tax treatment and rate, and the exact statutory wording that market requires — from statute-sourced rules for 43 markets, in 30 label languages.
The rules aren't a summary — they're cited to the statute. Titles, party identifiers, the verbatim tax wording, the local-currency figure: each traced to the law or the tax authority, and browsable per market on the invoice-rules pages. Mixed VAT rates per line and credit notes are handled, and the checks tell you what's still missing before you send. Transmission — signing and submission to SdI, KSeF, Peppol, MyInvois and the rest — stays your step, and the app says so.
Open an invoice you've been sent — PDF, image, Excel, Word or a scan — and Invoice lifts the parties, line items and totals off it, every field shown next to the source page. It flags anything that doesn't add up or isn't on the page; you fix it in place, then export to Excel — or hit "Start from the open invoice" to turn it into a new compliant one.
| Item | Description | Qty | Amount |
|---|---|---|---|
| SB-12 | Steel shelf bracket | 200 | 2,400.00 |
| PW-24 | Plywood panel 24" | 80 | 3,600.00 |
| PK-05 | Primer & sealant kit | 40 | 760.00 |
| FL-01 | Fitting labour | 24 | 1,680.00 |
Every figure sits next to the page it came from. Numbers are read straight off the invoice by fixed rules, not generated, and built-in checks flag any line that doesn't add up or any field the page doesn't state. Nothing is invented. What reaches your books is what was on the page.
Extracted figures are read off the page, not generated; created invoices carry the numbers and the exact wording the rules require. It can misread a bad scan, but it can't make a number up.
If a line total doesn't match quantity times price, or a field just isn't on the page, it gets flagged for a person to check before it reaches your books.
Reading, extraction and creating the invoice all run on your computer; no invoice, figure or line item is ever uploaded. The app itself checks your licence and pulls format updates online; that's all that leaves, never your documents.
Most readers make you build a template for every supplier, and they break the second a layout shifts. Invoice by Juros-AI finds the table by its column headings and reads each field by its label, so a supplier you've never dealt with just works the first time. Any layout, most languages.
Our most recent full grade ran against 227 real invoices and packing lists it had never seen — 142 digital, 85 scanned or photographed, across 122 suppliers and 32 countries — each hand-keyed into a gold record first. Scoring is strict: a line the reader misses fails every field on it, nothing excluded and no adjustments. Line money fields (quantity, unit price, amount): 99.44%. Every field on every document: 96.23% (97.34% without per-line PO numbers). 75 of the 227 came out perfect. We show the weak spots on purpose — the fields it finds hardest are postal addresses and supplier tax IDs — every figure is read off the page and the shaky ones flagged, so you always know where to look.
The compliant invoices you send and the ones you receive — the handful of things that make it worth opening every morning.
UBL/Peppol, XRechnung, Factur-X, FatturaPA, KSeF FA(3), Peppol PINT and more — the file a market's law accepts, chosen the moment you pick the country.
Reverse-charge, exemption and export wording verbatim, the tax figure in local currency, 30 label languages — each cited to the statute.
A different VAT rate per line, and credit notes headed as each market names them. The checks tell you what's still missing before you send.
Signing and submission to SdI, KSeF, Peppol and the rest stay yours — the app says so, and hands you the file to send.
Finds the table by its headings and reads each field by its label, so a supplier it's never seen works the first time — PDF or a photo.
Every field sits next to the original page, so a misread is obvious. It flags what doesn't add up; you fix it in place.
Turn one you've received into a new compliant one — "Start from the open invoice" fills the form from the extracted document.
Reading, creating and checking all run on your computer. No invoice or figure is ever uploaded. The app does reach out to check your licence and pull updates, but never with your invoice data.
A cloud reader uploads your invoices to read them. A cloud e-invoicing service uploads your data to create and send them. Invoice does both directions on your own machine, and never uploads a thing.
One tool for both directions on your own machine — it reads the invoices you receive and writes the compliant ones you send, 43 markets cited to the statute, nothing ever uploaded — for a subscription price, not a five-figure e-invoicing contract.Line-item accuracy (~99.4%) is our own tested result across 227 real invoices and packing lists it had never seen. Transmission — signing and submission to each market's platform — is the client's step, which the app names.

The one each market accepts — EN 16931 UBL (Peppol), XRechnung, Factur-X, Italy's FatturaPA, Poland's KSeF FA(3), Peppol PINT for Singapore, Australia/NZ, the UAE and Japan, Türkiye UBL-TR and more, plus a PDF for every market. Four markets without a public schema are written from the published tables and flagged for a platform test.
No — and it's clear about that. It produces the compliant file; signing and submission to SdI, KSeF, Peppol, MyInvois and the other platforms stays your step. Passing the official schema means the platform will accept the file — it doesn't certify the tax facts you entered.
It reads the figures that matter at about 99.4% across 227 real invoices, and lays every field beside the source so a misread is easy to catch and fix. Everything — reading, creating and checking — runs locally; nothing is ever uploaded.
